This is part of the go slow on bandwidth roleout, when we have plenty bandwidth, calls will be over data not by time and all the telecommunications scum will have to find some work for a living. I suggest seeing where you do the same thing in your life, that is - trying to maintain control and position. Kinda reminds me of the teaching the man to fish versus feeding him. Telkom control the feeding. All we can do is go back and ask &quot;can I have some more sir&quot;.</description>
