Setting up your e-mail signature in Microsoft Outlook & Outlook Express.

Outlook 2003 Signature Files Directory

Signature files are stored in C:\Documents andSettings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures

Three files for each signature – an HTML, plain text, RTF and any image files in your signature. You
can copy these files to backup your signatures.

Editing Signatures in Outlook 2003 & 2007

To view & edit your signatures in Outlook – goto Tools, Options, Mail Format, Signatures.

Standardising Outlook e-mail Signatures

Looks like the best option is to create an e-mail template with the data and look and feel you want, and the
image files you need. Copy these to each persons PC, directory as described above then open in Outlook to edit.

Remember: keep your images files as small as possible to speed-up send times.
